Dan's Bio
Dan
was a goaltender with a successful collegiate and professional
career. He played in the BCJHL for the Nanaimo Clippers from
1990-1993 before receiving a scholarship to Clarkson University.
In 1998 he graduated with Bachelor's degree in Business Management
and had set many records in the ECAC. Dan is a two time NCAA
All American.
His
professsinal hockey career consists of signing 3 NHL Contracts with
the Philadelphia Flyers, Montreal Canadiens, and St Louis Blues.
He played in the American Hockey League for the Philadelphia
Phantoms, Springfield Falcons, Worcester Ice Cats, Milwaukee
Admirals and Quebec Citadelles. Dan was named to the AHL All Star Classic in 2000.
He also played in the ECHL where he was also named an All Star.
Dan
retired in 2005 and settled with his family in the Seattle area.
He wanted to give back to the goalies in the area and started
instructing for Sno-King Amateur Hockey Association and now offers clinics, camps and private
lessons to goalies of all ages. He is a USA Hockey Certified
instructor/coach. |
